After an initial assessment period, you will work with the class teacher and SENCo to prepare a learning programme to meet the child’s needs so they are able to access learning and development activities alongside their peers. The school are looking for a caring and confident SEN Teaching Assistant with previous experience supporting children with special educational needs.
