SEN Teaching Assistant – Ealing - Immediate Start

Role Overview 

  • Position: SEN Teaching Assistant 
  • Location: Ealing 
  • Start Date: Immediate 
  • Salary: £105 - £110 per day (dependant on experience) 

 
The ideal candidate will

  • Have experience working within Primary Schools or SEN Schools 
  • Have a genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs 
  • Be able to build positive relationships with students, helping them to feel safe and supported 
  • Be confident in assisting students with communication challenges, sensory needs, and emotional regulation 
  • Work effectively as part of a collaborative team, including teachers, SENCOs, and therapists 
  • Have a patient and adaptable approach to supporting children with diverse learning needs 

 
Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEN 
  • Assist in implementing individual learning and behaviour support plans 
  • Support students in developing confidence, communication, and social skills 
  • Help create a calm and structured classroom environment that fosters learning 
  • Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging and accessible lessons 
  • Support students with daily routines, transitions, and activities to promote independence
