Horizon Teachers are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their SEN Team within their on-site base. The role will include supporting pupils with a primary diagnosis of autism and may have additional diagnoses that can affect their learning and engagement.

The successful candidate will support the adapted curriculum across all core subjects and will also support students with speech & language interventions and occupational therapy interventions.

Key responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one SEN support in the classroom via key interventions
To assist teaching staff to plan and prepare lessons and resources within the school curriculum
To prepare and support the delivery of interventions for therapy staff
To produce and maintain up-to-date pupils' profile and behaviour plans
To follow school procedures in reporting incidents and safeguarding concerns
To participate in supervision and support as required
