SEN Teaching Assistant - The Role
- Full-time SEN Teaching Assistant role starting in April 2025 and running until July 2025
- Work 1:1 with a child in the EYFS with special educational needs (SEN)
- Provide tailored support to help the child engage in learning, social interaction, and development
- Work alongside the class teacher and SEN team to create and implement effective strategies
- Support the child with both academic and personal development throughout the day

SEN Teaching Assistant - Requirements
- Prior experience working with children with SEN is ideal, but not essential
- A caring, patient, and adaptable individual with a genuine interest in working with children
- Strong communication skills, able to build relationships with children, staff, and parents
- Available to work full-time from April 2025 to July 2025
- A proactive approach to supporting students' individual needs
