What You'll Do:
- Support students with diverse learning needs in and out of the classroom.
- Foster independence and confidence in learners.
- Collaborate with teachers and specialists to implement individualised education plans.
- Build positive relationships with students, encouraging their personal and academic development.

- A caring and patient individual with a passion for supporting children with SEN.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not essential.

In order to be considered for this SEN TA role in Newham you will need to have:
Ideally School based Teaching Assistant Experience
An Enhanced Child Only DBS and/or Overseas Police checks
Your CV must cover your employment and education history since you finished formal education and any employment breaks must be explained
