Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant needed in Woodford Green, Redbridge!

Responsibilities:
- De-escalate and support emotional co-regulation, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.

- Promote sensory regulation, helping students manage sensory challenges and stay focused on their learning.
What We're Looking For:
- Candidates with relevant qualifications and experience in special educational needs.
- Experience using coreboards or AAC systems to enhance student communication.
- Skills in de-escalation techniques and emotional support for students.
- Understanding of the SPELL Framework and sensory regulation strategies.
