· Develop and implement individualised support plans tailored to each student's requirements and assist students in developing coping strategies and managing their emotions effectively.

· Promote Positive Behaviour; foster a supportive and inclusive environment conducive to positive behavioural development and Implement behaviour management techniques to address challenging behaviours, encouraging and reinforcing positive
