- You'll have experience working with children or adults who have conditions such as Autism, Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), or Sensory Impairments.
- You're confident, patient, and able to adapt to different learning styles, providing support to students with complex needs such as Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, and Specific Learning Difficulties like Dyslexia and Dyspraxia.
- Ongoing training and development to help you grow in your role, including opportunities to learn more about specific needs like Autism, Sensory Processing Disorder, and communication techniques like Makaton and PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System).
