We are working with a specialist SEND school that has multiple sites across South London who are seeking SEND Teaching Assistants to support their students. The school supports students from the ages of 4 - 18 years old, all of whom have EHCPs. The needs of the students include Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH), ASC/ASD, Learning Difficulties, Behavioural Disorders and Learning Difficulties.

The ideal SEND Teaching Assistant-
- Prior experience supporting SEN students and a passion for making a difference in the lives of these students
- Resilience and dedication
- Graduates who hold a degree in psychology, sociology, criminology, health & social care
- While previous experience as a TA or in a SEN role would be an advantage, it is not a strict requirement.
- We do require that all applicants possess an enthusiastic and positive attitude and a strong ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
