Long Term Futures are partnering with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Kensington and Chelsea, W10, to recruit a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant for their Additional Resource Provision (ARP). This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and additional needs in a specialised setting.

Key responsibilities:

  • Use visual resources, sensory tools, and structured timetables to aid learning and engagement.
  • Assist with emotional regulation, promoting positive behaviour, and managing challenges effectively.
  • Help pupils transition between activities and settings, building their independence.
  • Support with personal care, if required, ensuring pupils' dignity and comfort at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, families, and external professionals to ensure consistent support.
