- Work closely with pupils across EYFS to KS2, both in small groups and 1:1 settings.

- Contribute to creating a happy, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Proven experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant in an educational setting.
- Knowledge and experience working with children with autism, with an understanding of tailored interventions.
- A proactive, patient, and empathetic approach to supporting young learners.
