What You'll Be Doing as a SEN Teaching Assistant:

  • Supporting children with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and speech & language challenges.
  • Collaborating with teachers and the SENCO to implement tailored learning plans.
  • Providing one-on-one and small group support to enhance student progress.
  • Assisting with classroom activities, behaviour management, and sensory needs.
  • Encouraging confidence, independence, and engagement in children with SEN.
