The role

  • SEN Teaching Assistant to work with pupils with various needs
  • To work with small groups and on 1:1 basis
  • Helping to plan and prepare educational materials
  • Encouraging and motivating students to achieve their full potential
  • Salary will be negotiable depending on experience

  • A genuine interest in working with young children in a primary school setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members
  • Can display good behaviour management skills
