About the Role:

We are on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant school community in Tower Hamlets. Key Responsibilities:
  • Morning Support: Provide focused assistance to students with SEMH needs, including ADHD and potential self-harming behaviors.
  • Afternoon Flexibility: Aid students across Key Stages 1 and 2, adapting to various educational needs.

SEN TA Responsibilities:
  • Experience: Previous experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEN, safeguarding, and child protection practices.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
