The Learning Support Assistant must :

  • Have experience working in a secondary school (preferred notessential)
  • Have a DBS on the update service (preferred notessential we can help)
  • Have strong subject knowledge within English Maths and Science (GCSE A* - C)
  • Be passionate about supporting children with their learning
  • Be confident in supporting teachers across the curriculum
  • Have a commitment to inclusion and equal opportunities
  • Be resilient, fast thinking and adaptable to different environments.
  • Be able to work effectively in a team
