The Learning Support Assistant must :

Have experience working in a secondary school (preferred notessential)
Have a DBS on the update service (preferred notessential we can help)
Have strong subject knowledge within English Maths and Science (GCSE A* - C)
Be passionate about supporting children with their learning
Be confident in supporting teachers across the curriculum
Have a commitment to inclusion and equal opportunities
Be resilient, fast thinking and adaptable to different environments.
Be able to work effectively in a team
