We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated SENDCo to lead a thriving Learning Development team. About the Role:

SEND is a key area of strength within our school, with a proven track record of achieving excellent outcomes for students with additional needs. The SEND team is comprised of a SENDCo, Deputy SENDCo, and eight Learning Support Assistants (LSAs). Supporting support students with EHCPs, and 15% of their students are on the SEN register. Their provision includes a broad range of in-school interventions, and they work closely with external partners to ensure the best support for our students.

The school is ambitious for all of their students and firmly believe that every child can make outstanding academic progress. As SENDCo, you will play a pivotal role in influencing teaching and learning across the school, ensuring that students with additional needs are able to thrive and succeed.

You should have high expectations for every learner, be enthusiastic and adaptable, and possess a strong desire to see SEND provision continue to grow.
