About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join our inclusive school community starting in September. This role is a unique opportunity to work closely with students who require additional support, helping them to overcome challenges and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs, both in the classroom and during one-on-one sessions.
  • Assist the class teacher in creating and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Help students with their social and emotional development.
  • Support students with physical, emotional, and learning difficulties.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.
  • Monitor and report on student progress and wellbeing.

Requirements
  • Previous experience working with children with special educational needs is highly desirable.
