The Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Work closely with teachers to support students with SEN, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, or physical disabilities.
  • Provide tailored one-to-one and small-group support to meet students' specific needs.
  • Assist with implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and monitoring progress.
  • Support students' emotional well-being, helping them to build confidence and independence.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure consistent support.
