We are looking for an experienced and compassionate long-term supply special needs assistant to join our team and help us provide the best educational experience for our students in Hackney. As a long-term supply special needs assistant, you will be responsible for providing personalised instruction to our students with special needs and helping them reach their fullest potential.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a special needs assistant or other related fields.
- Knowledge of current best practices in special education.
- Ability to build relationships with students, families, and staff.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work in various settings and with different age groups.
- Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures.
