Key Responsibilities:- Provide tailored support to students, focusing on those with behavioural needs.
- Work alongside teachers to maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
- Help implement effective behaviour management strategies.
- Foster the academic and emotional growth of individual students.
- Previous experience supporting students with behavioural challenges.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to handle diverse situations.
- Team-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
- A positive, patient, and empathetic attitude.
- Experience working with secondary school-aged students.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (preferred).
- Enhanced DBS Disclosure and Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable).
- Recent professional references.
- Competitive hourly rate of £13.50 - £14.50.
