  • Supporting the learning and development of students in the classroom
  • Assisting with individual education plans and behavioural management strategies
  • Collaborating with teachers and SENCO to create inclusive learning environments
  • Providing pastoral care and emotional support to students
  • Engaging students in educational activities and promoting independence
