The Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and enhancing the learning experience for all students. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in a dynamic educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide targeted support to students, including those with special educational needs.
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of learning activities.
  • Support classroom management, ensuring a positive and productive environment.
  • Help track and assess student progress, providing feedback to teachers.
  • Facilitate small group or one-on-one instruction under teacher guidance.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support teaching and learning.
About You:

We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who is enthusiastic, compassionate, and eager to contribute to student development. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Qualifications: Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant Qualification or equivalent (Specify any required certifications).
  • Experience: Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff.
  • Attributes: A patient, proactive, and positive approach to supporting children’s learning and development.
