What You'll Do:
- Offer tailored support to children with SEN, helping them work toward their educational and personal goals.
- Partner with teachers to deliver Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and adjust learning activities to suit individual needs.
- Encourage a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports each student's social and emotional development.
- Participate in classroom activities, ensuring all students are engaged and supported.
- Keep families and carers informed with regular updates on progress and celebrate achievements.
Who We're Looking For:
- SEN experience is valued but not essential-empathy, patience, and a strong drive to help are the qualities we prioritize.
- Flexible and creative in adapting to different learning needs and styles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- A driver's license and access to a vehicle are advantageous due to the Merton location, but not essential.
