Daily Rate: £90 - £113

Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual with a passion for supporting children with special educational needs? Sanza Teaching Agency is excited to partner with an Outstanding primary school in Hackney to find an exceptional SEN Teaching Assistant to work closely with a Year 1 pupil diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). This child has shown remarkable progress in Reception and during Autumn term 1, and we are looking for a committed teaching assistant to help continue this positive trajectory.

About the Role:

1:1 Special Needs Learning Support: You will provide dedicated support to a child with an EHCP for autism, ensuring they have the tools and encouragement needed to thrive.

Creating Routine and Stability: The child benefits from a consistent routine, making your strong organisational skills and dependability essential for this role.

Collaboration and Innovation: Work alongside teachers to prepare engaging lessons, adapt resources, and cultivate an inclusive and supportive learning environment tailored to the child's needs.

Person Specification:

To excel in this position, you should:

Have experience working with SEN children, particularly those on the autism spectrum.

Be an assertive, caring individual who is proactive in fostering a nurturing and structured classroom atmosphere.

Possess excellent organisational skills, maintaining composure in challenging situations while encouraging the child's growth and development.
