Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group support to Year 6 students with special educational needs, with a strong focus on positive behaviour management.
• Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to create and maintain a safe and encouraging learning space.
• Implement behaviour strategies to enhance students' learning experiences and personal development.
• Engage with students in a nurturing manner, building trust and encouraging positive behaviours.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN), particularly in behaviour management.
