They are proud to offer a specialised Additional Resource Provision (ARP) for children with a range of special educational needs. Their dedicated team supports each child’s unique learning journey, ensuring they are equipped to reach their full potential in both academic and personal growth. They are currently seeking an ARP Teacher to join our passionate and caring team in September 2025.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs, particularly in an ARP or similar provision.
  • Knowledge of strategies for supporting children with a variety of SEN, including but not limited to autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
  • Able to deliver tailored lessons and interventions to students with special educational needs within the ARP.
  • Collaborate with the SENCo, teaching assistants, and other professionals to create and implement personalised learning plans.
  • Develop a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers to keep them informed of progress and development.
  • A commitment to ensuring that all children, regardless of their needs, have the opportunity to succeed.
