A large, flourishing primary school located in Westminster has three openings for teaching assistants to work with Early Years ASD pupils from February 2025.

LTF Recruitment are currently recruiting three SEN Teaching Assistants to work in a Primary school located in Westminster.

There are 3 SEN TA positions available with the potential to work across Nursery and Reception class. The ideal candidates will be employed full time on a long terms supply basis as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant. Opportunities for permanent work are also available in the school.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with children that have ADHD and Autism, as well as have experience in dealing with challenging behaviour. However, applications will also be accepted from those who have significant Early Years experience not necessarily with a SEN background. A can-do attitude is also very important as is some knowledge of the Early Years curriculum.

There is an opportunity for the right individual to progress in a position with ongoing learning and development as a Teaching Assistant initially and potentially as a teacher. The school encourages an environment with open communication between staff and the SLT, providing an atmosphere where all voices are heard.
