An Outstanding Secondary School in the inner London Borough of Westminster are looking to appoint a Secondary SENCo.

The school are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Secondary SENCo. You will play a key role in leading the development of provision for students with Special Educational Needs and developing practice across the school.

JOB DESCRIPTION – SECONDARY SENCO
•    Secondary SENCO
•    Responsible for coordinating SEN across the school
•    Working closely with staff, parent / carers and outside agencies
•    Providing professional guidance to staff
•    Completing EHCP paperwork
•    1:1 assessment for SEN pupils 
•    Full-time & permanent school contract 
•    Inner London pay MPS / UPS / LPS + TLR 
•    Qualified Secondary SENCOs
•    You MUST hold UK QTS and have UK Secondary teaching experience 
•    Excellent understanding of the SEN Code of Practice & Secondary Curriculum
•    Ability to communicate well & excellent management skills
•    Down to earth, passionate & empathetic individual
