Salary: 230 - 260 per day

About the Role:
As a SENCO, you will lead and manage the provision for students with Special Educational Needs, ensuring they receive the support and opportunities they need to thrive. You will work closely with teachers, staff, and parents to create an inclusive and supportive environment. Your role will involve coordinating interventions, creating personalised learning plans, and overseeing assessments. You will also manage a dedicated team, ensuring that each child receives high-quality support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the SEN provision within the school
- Work with teaching staff to adapt the curriculum and support students with SEN
- Conduct assessments and plan targeted interventions
- Foster a positive and inclusive school culture
- Collaborate with external agencies to support students' needs
- Provide leadership and guidance to the SEN team
About You:
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) and SENCO qualification
- Proven experience working with students with Special Educational Needs
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills
- Passionate about supporting students with diverse learning needs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
