Behaviour Mentor - Full-Time (Term Time Only) | Southwark, SE London | £110/day

Tradewind are currently seeking an experienced Behaviour Mentor for a fantastic opportunity in a welcoming primary school located in the South East London borough of Southwark. The position is full-time and term-time only, running until the end of the academic year in July 2025.

Role Overview:

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with children across the school, from EYFS, KS1, to KS2. The headteacher is looking for someone who is passionate about supporting students with challenging behaviours and special educational needs, particularly those with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Key Details:

  • Start Date: As soon as possible
  • Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm (term time only)
  • Daily Rate: £110 per day
  • Contract Length: Until July 2025

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience working with children with challenging behaviour and SEMH needs is essential.
  • A good understanding of how to support children with various special educational needs.
  • Relevant qualifications (while beneficial) are not mandatory.
