Key Responsibilities for the Behaviour Mentor:- Provide tailored support to pupils with behavioural challenges, promoting emotional regulation and confidence.

- Assist pupils with SEND in achieving their full potential and integrating into classroom life.

- Experience as a Behaviour Mentor or in a similar role, ideally with children who have SEND.
