Reeson Education is currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Behaviour Mentor to join a primary school in Clapham Junction for an asap start. This role involves providing essential support to students with behavioural challenges, and SEN experience is crucial for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with students with behavioural challenges, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Implement behaviour management strategies to support positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with teachers, SENCO, and parents to address individual needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Behaviour Mentor, particularly in a primary school setting.
- Essential experience in working with students with SEN.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to implement effective behaviour management strategies.
