- Work across KS1 and KS2, supporting pupils with SEN and SEMH needs.
- Provide 1:1 support to help pupils manage behaviour and engage in learning.
- Promote positive attitudes and resilience in young learners.

Requirements:
- Strong behaviour management skills and a proactive mindset.
- Experience supporting pupils with SEN and SEMH in an educational setting.
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to build rapport with pupils.
- A commitment to improving outcomes for children with additional needs.
