The successful candidate will have a strong background in behaviour management and experience working with children with SEN. You will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment, delivering high-quality lessons, and supporting the individual needs of each student.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students.
  • Implement effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive classroom environment.
  • Support students with SEN, ensuring they have access to the curriculum and are able to achieve their full potential.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student learning and well-being.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
  • Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in behaviour management and working with children with SEN.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
