Early Years Practitioner

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for children aged 0-5 years. You will work closely with a supportive team to foster children’s social, emotional, and physical development, ensuring they receive the best start in life.

• Plan and deliver creative, engaging activities that support children’s early development.
• Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Support children’s individual needs, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and encouraged to explore.
• Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues to provide a collaborative support network.
• Ensure all safeguarding, health, and safety requirements are met in line with EYFS and Ofsted standards.

• Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development principles.
• Minimum of one year’s experience working with children aged 0-5 in an early years setting.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and helping children thrive.
