Key Responsibilities:- Deliver targeted intervention sessions in literacy and numeracy to small groups and individual pupils.
- Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to identify pupils in need of additional support.
- Plan and deliver engaging and structured lessons to help boost confidence and attainment.
- Use formative and summative assessments to track progress and adjust intervention strategies.
- Provide constructive feedback to pupils and parents, ensuring a strong home-school connection.
- Support children with SEND, EAL, and those working below age-related expectations.
- Collaborate with the wider teaching team to share best practices and resources.
