KS2 ARP Teacher Wanted

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 Teacher to join our highly supportive and dynamic team in our school's Additional Resource Provision (ARP).
* Key Responsibilities:* Deliver engaging and tailored lessons to KS2 students within the ARP, ensuring all children can access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.* Collaborate closely with teaching assistants, SENCO, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment.* Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and regularly assess student progress.* Foster a positive, nurturing atmosphere that encourages independence, confidence, and a love for learning.

Qualifications & Experience:* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.* Experience working with children with special educational needs, particularly in an ARP or similar setting.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
