Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (SEN qualification desirable but not essential). Experience teaching students with PMLD or other complex special educational needs. Strong understanding of the needs of students with complex disabilities, including communication, physical, and sensory challenges. Passionate about SEN education and committed to enhancing the lives of students with additional needs. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team and maintain high professional standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
