We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join our team, focusing on working with children within mainstream settings.

Role Overview:

As a Primary School Teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a profound impact on the lives of our students. Working closely and supported by Teaching Assistants, you will create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of students with SEN.
  • Collaborate with the SENCO, fellow teachers, and support staff to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).
  • Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to support students' learning and development.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and external professionals to ensure holistic support for each child.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience in a primary school setting.
  • Experience working with children with special needs, including knowledge of SEN strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • A commitment to promoting inclusivity, diversity, and equality within the school community.
