Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons tailored to the needs of Primary aged students, encouraging their academic and personal development.

• Adapt teaching methods to suit a wide range of learning styles and abilities, ensuring that every student has the support they need to succeed.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Previous teaching experience is preferred, but we are open to candidates who are passionate about working with students with special needs.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with students, colleagues, and parents effectively.
• Demonstrates excellent classroom management, with a focus on fostering an environment that is calm, respectful, and conducive to learning.
