We are currently seeking a dedicated and resilient Primary Teacher specialising in Challenging Behaviour to join a dynamic school environment. You will work closely with students who require additional support due to behavioral and emotional challenges. This role is perfect for someone with a calm, patient, and proactive approach, ready to create a positive impact and help students thrive.Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students with challenging behavior in the classroom and providing one-on-one guidance.
  • Developing and implementing effective behavior management plans alongside the school's SEN and behavioral support teams.
  • Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all students.
  • Encouraging positive social interactions and fostering student engagement with learning.
  • Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to parents, colleagues, and support staff.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in primary education.
