About the Role

As a Psychology Graduate TA, you will work closely with teachers and SEN staff to provide tailored support for students with a variety of needs. You'll be part of a dedicated team, ensuring students receive the individualized attention they require to thrive. This is an ideal position for someone interested in pursuing further education and training in psychology, education, or SEN.



Responsibilities:

  • Support the class teacher in delivering lessons tailored to the needs of SEN students.
  • Work with students one-on-one or in small groups to enhance their learning experience.
  • Assist with the development of individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Help manage behavioral issues and encourage positive social development.
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure a positive learning environment.
