About the Role:* We are seeking a dynamic SEN Teacher to join our supportive and committed team, working with students who have SEMH needs and those accessing Alternative Provision.* The ideal candidate will be skilled in delivering tailored educational experiences that engage, motivate, and inspire students to achieve their full potential.* You will work in a nurturing environment, helping to create a positive and inclusive space for students who have faced challenges in mainstream education.

Key Responsibilities:* Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students with SEMH and AP backgrounds.* Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to support students' learning, social, and emotional development.* Foster a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment, promoting positive behavior and engagement.* Work collaboratively with other staff members, parents, and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to each student's development.* Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet their evolving needs.

About You:* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.* Proven experience working with students with SEMH needs and/or in Alternative Provision settings.* A genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs and a commitment to making a positive impact.* Strong classroom management skills, with the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
