QTS Qualified SEN Teacher

Are you a passionate, dedicated, and experienced QTS qualified SEN Teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Alternative Provision (AP) backgrounds? If so, we want to hear from you!

About the Role:
* We are seeking a dynamic SEN Teacher to join our supportive and committed team, working with students who have SEMH needs and those accessing Alternative Provision.
* The ideal candidate will be skilled in delivering tailored educational experiences that engage, motivate, and inspire students to achieve their full potential.
* You will work in a nurturing environment, helping to create a positive and inclusive space for students who have faced challenges in mainstream education.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students with SEMH and AP backgrounds.
* Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to support students' learning, social, and emotional development.
* Foster a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment, promoting positive behavior and engagement.
* Work collaboratively with other staff members, parents, and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to each student's development.
* Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet their evolving needs.

About You:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* Proven experience working with students with SEMH needs and/or in Alternative Provision settings.
* A genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs and a commitment to making a positive impact.
* Strong classroom management skills, with the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
