Role
- Assist senior teachers in the delivery of lessons, supporting students with their understanding of key concepts and ideas
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students who require extra help
- Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain student attentiveness
- Work with students who are eager to learn and achieve high academic standards
- Located in Ealing, with excellent transport links to central London
Requirements
- A 2:1 or higher degree from a Russell Group University
- Previous child-centred experience or educational support is highly desirable
- Confidence in leading sessions with students and communicating effectively
- Resilience, a strong work ethic, and a passion for education
