The SEN school meets the needs of learners with Speech, Language and Communication needs, providing the very best support, opportunities and encouragement for children under their care to reach their full potential. Children may also have communication needs and / or Autism. Children also have access to a range of therapies which supports or complements their learning. Person Specification – Secondary SEN Teacher
- MUST HAVE UK QTS
- Good academics required - GCSEs, A Levels and Degree
- Strong understanding of the SEN curriculum & teaching standards
- Proven record of good / outstanding feedback from lesson observations / performance management
- Articulate, creative and dedicated to supporting children with SEN
- Passionate, positive & team player required Confident & strong classroom management skills Enthusiastic and committed to teaching children with SEN
