We're seeking History Teachers to join SEN Schools in West London.Salary: £180 - £240 per day depending on experience and teaching scaleHours: Typically 8:30 - 4:30Full Time, 5 days a weekTemporary to permanent positionsRoles and Responsibilities:* Develop and deliver engaging History lessons adapted to the needs of SEN students.* Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued.* Provide tailored support to students with diverse learning difficulties.* Collaborate closely with colleagues and specialists to meet the individual needs of students.* Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.* Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student development.Requirements:* Qualified teacher status with expertise in History education.* Previous experience working with SEN students, ideally in a special school environment.* Strong understanding of SEN needs and effective teaching strategies.* Possession of an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service.* Right to work in the UK.* Ability to work with teenagers in challenging environments.
