Job Title: SEN Learning Support Assistant

Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm
Pay: £85 - £100 per day

About the Role:
They are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant to support children with Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA) aged 5-16 years old. As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Provide individualized support to students with PDA
- Assist with lesson planning, delivery, and assessment
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
- Help create a safe and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- Experience working with students with PDA and other SEND needs
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain)
