Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver individualized lessons that cater to a range of learning needs, including ASD, ADHD, and MLD.
- Assess, track, and report on students' progress, adapting strategies as required.
- Collaborate with the SENCO, teaching assistants, and external specialists to provide a holistic approach to education.
- Promote a positive, inclusive environment that fosters confidence and independence in pupils.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven experience in SEN teaching.
