Role Overview:
As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of your students. You will need to implement behaviour management strategies, support emotional development, and ensure all students have equal opportunities to succeed academically.
Key Requirements:
- Experience with Challenging Behaviour: You must have experience working with students who display challenging behaviour, preferably in an SEN school setting.
- Tailored Teaching: Ability to adapt lessons to meet individual learning needs and provide personalised support.
